With it being just a few short weeks into the regular season and the Sixers struggling to get any type of rythym going we have to ask, is this what we can expect fom the new look Sixers? After trading Andre Igudala and using the amnesty clause on the aging Elton Brand and letting "Sweet Lou" Williams go to the Atlanta Hawks in free agency and bringing in names like Jason Richardson, Nick Young and Dorrell Wright not too mention the injured Andrew Bynam (scheduled to be medically cleared by Dec. 10 and make his Sixers debut in early January) we were all expecting big things from this team this year. After making the playoffs last year and winning the series against the Chicago Bulls (without the Derrick Rose and Joakim Noah injuries it probably would have been a differnt outcome), and taking the Boston Celtics to a game 7. This was supposed to be our year. I know its still really early into the season but this team just shows no signs of life. With perenial power houses in the Eastern Conference like the Heat and the Celtics and other teams like the Knicks and the Hawks getting better, if this team does not turn it around soon it may be too late.
